Group Limits
• Maximum group size is 6, except when defending your block.• If your block is pushed/attacked, your entire gang may defend it—members not already on the block may return for defense.
Conflict Management
• 30-minute cooldown between conflicts unless both parties agree otherwise.• Do not bring off-block conflicts back to your block.
• No conflicts 30 minutes before or after server restarts.
Identification
• Gang colors must be visibly worn during all gang-related activities.• Vehicles used for gang activities must be painted in your gang's color.
War Terms
• War terms may be set after a minimum of 3 fights.• Wars must have a justifiable reason.
Leaving Gangs
• 7-day cooldown before joining another gang after leaving.• Forget all gang-related details (stash locations, radio, etc.).
• If a blood-out contract is signed, staff will enforce it (with proof of agreement).
Server Status
• Must be in the server for at least 7 days before joining a whitelisted gang.Discord Requirement
• All gang members must join the Factions Discord with proper roles.• If a member acts for the gang but isn’t in the Discord, the gang may face consequences.
Hostile Actions
• Proper initiation is required—provide clear intent so targets can react.• Vague or overly brief initiations are not valid.
Vehicle Fights
• Maximum of 2 vehicles per fight, unless both parties agree otherwise.• Motorcycle Clubs (MCs) are exempt (bikes are mostly single-seat).
• No bulletproof modifications (cosmetics/attachments).
• Vehicles must be in faction colors.
Toxicity
• No /me while downed to trash-talk—use it only for roleplaying injuries.Gang Sprays
• Sprays must be within your own turf. Overlapping sprays will be addressed if problematic.• Removing another gang’s spray is allowed with valid reason, but may trigger conflict.
• Admins reserve the right to remove sprays that violate rules.
Whitelist
• New gangs must wait 7 days before applying for whitelist status.• Whitelist gangs should not engage in beef with non-whitelist gangs.
Third-Party Rule
• No third-party interference—wait until the original conflict ends.• Alliances are allowed, but no shooting on behalf of others.
